Refund Policy

At Saudia Umrah Packages, we strive to provide our customers with the best hotel accommodations as part of their Umrah journey. Please review our hotel refund policy below:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
   
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
   
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
   

• Some hotel bookings, especially those offered at discounted rates or marked as non-refundable, may not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
   
• These terms will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
   

• If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date and has not informed us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
   

• Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date may not receive a refund for the unused nights.
   

• In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, flight cancellations, political unrest, etc.), we will work with hotel partners to secure the best possible outcome for the customer. Refunds in such cases are subject to the hotel’s policies.
   

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
   
• Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
