Refund Policy

At Saudia Umrah Packages, we understand that travel plans can change. Below is our official refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

• Refunds apply only to payments made directly to Saudia Umrah Packages.
   
• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: refunds@saudiaumrahpackages.com
   
• Processing time for approved refunds is 7–10 business days.

Note: Airline tickets and visa fees are non-refundable once issued, regardless of cancellation timing.
 

The following are always non-refundable once processed:

• Airline tickets
   
• Umrah visa application and fees
   
• Hotel booking guarantees
   
• Processing or service fees
   
• Group discounts or promotions
   

If only part of a package was used (e.g., customer missed hotel stay or transportation), a partial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.

In the rare event of an Umrah visa denial:

• Visa fees remain non-refundable.
   
• A partial package refund may be issued for unused services.
   

If we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel bans, minimum group size not met), you will be offered:

• A full refund
  or
   
• The option to reschedule or transfer the package to a later date
   

• Failure to show up for flights or departure without notice will result in no refund.
   
• Missed flights due to late arrival or incorrect documentation are the traveler’s responsibility.
