Please read the following terms carefully before booking any Umrah package with Saudia Umrah Packages. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• A minimum deposit (typically 30–50%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.
   
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to your departure date unless otherwise specified.
   
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or e-transfer (CAD/USD).
   
• Prices listed are per person and based on double or quad occupancy unless otherwise stated.
   

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
   
• Cancellation fees apply and vary based on how close to departure the cancellation occurs:
   
  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
     
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund
     
  • Less than 30 days: No refund
     
• Airline tickets and visa fees are non-refundable once issued.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
   
• It is the customer’s responsibility to submit required documents (passport scans, vaccine certificates, etc.) in a timely manner.
   
• Umrah visa issuance is subject to approval by Saudi authorities. While we facilitate the process, we cannot guarantee approval.
   

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and COVID-19-related incidents. Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages.

Each Umrah package includes specific services (flights, visa, hotel, transport) listed on your invoice. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.

• Hotel names provided at the time of booking are based on availability and may be substituted with similar category alternatives.
   
• Ground transport may be shared with other passengers unless otherwise specified.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, airline changes, or third-party vendors.
   

For group Umrah bookings, it is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure all participants follow payment and documentation deadlines. Discounts and free seats are only applicable under confirmed group contracts.

All pilgrims are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, follow Islamic guidelines, and comply with the laws and customs of Saudi Arabia. Disruptive or non-compliant behavior may result in dismissal from the tour at your own expense.

Saudia Umrah Packages acts only as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa agents). We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (for Canadian residents) and New York, USA (for U.S. residents).
